Alors, ce UV-9R Pro... Vrai ou Faux 'Invincible' ? J'ai peur... vraiment !
Oh là là, "invincible"... la grosse promesse ! Écoutez, j'ai lu ça aussi, et j'ai fait une drôle de tête. Genre, est-ce qu'il survit à un coup de bazooka ? Parce que si c'est le cas, je veux en parler à mon voisin... Mais sérieusement, disons qu'il est très robuste. J'ai lu des reviews où les gens l'ont laissé tomber, piétiné, trempé... Il a survécu. Mais invincibilité ? Non. La physique est impitoyable. Un jour, j'ai fait tomber le mien du deuxième étage... plus de talkie. (Bon, je l'avais mal fixé à mon sac, je suis d'accord...). Le terrain (les montagnes, les forêts, les bâtiments…), la météo, et même... la chance ! Dans des conditions idéales (en pleine campagne, sans obstacles), vous pouvez espérer quelques kilomètres. Mais en ville... Entre les bâtiments, les interférences... Même pas sûr que vous entendrez votre voisin.
Frustration garantie: J'ai essayé de parler avec un pote à 5km, en théorie c'était jouable. On a passé 30 minutes à crier "Allo ?" "Tu me reçois ?" Avec juste des grésillements et des bruits bizarres. Au final, on s'est envoyés des SMS! L'ironie...
Facilité d'utilisation : pour les geeks ou pour... les nuls comme moi ?
Ah, la question cruciale ! Disons que… c’est pas un smartphone. Il faut s'y faire, quoi. Il y a des menus, des réglages, des trucs techniques... Mais bon, une fois qu'on a compris les bases (allumer, choisir un canal, parler), ça va. Il y a plein de tutos sur le net (merci YouTube !), et même des vidéos faites par des passionnés, avec des voix... comment dire... passionnées.
Leçon apprise à mes dépens : Ne changez JAMAIS les réglages du menu si vous ne savez pas ce que vous faites. Un jour, j'ai voulu "améliorer" la qualité du son... J'ai tout bloqué. J'ai galéré pendant des heures. J'ai même failli l'envoyer par la fenêtre. Restez simples !

Parfois... vous avez l'impression d'écouter un extraterrestre qui parle dans une boîte de conserve.
La vérité crue : Le son est suffisant pour communiquer. Mais si vous êtes sensible aux bruits (comme moi), préparez-vous à des moments de frustration. Surtout quand il y a du vent. Le vent, c'est l'ennemi numéro un des talkies !
La batterie… On tient combien de temps ? C'est hyper important !
La batterie... C’est LE sujet qui fâche. Oui, la batterie est correcte. En utilisation normale (quelques appels par jour, en veille le reste du temps), ça tient plusieurs jours. Mais... Si vous l'utilisez beaucoup (genre, sur un chantier), ça va fondre comme neige au soleil. Et la batterie, c'est l'angoisse ! Imaginez, vous êtes en rando, au milieu de nulle part... et votre talkie meurt. Le silence radio... brrr...
Les trucs à savoir : Chargez-le toujours à fond avant de partir. Éteignez-le quand vous ne l'utilisez pas. Et... Investissez dans une batterie de rechange. Vous me remercierez plus tard! Je le sais, j'ai déjà vécu le coup de la batterie vide au moment crucial... C'est l'enfer! Surtout quand tu as besoin d'appeler quelqu'un. La grosse panique !
